Acceptance of Terms

By using SleepSaver, you agree to these terms. SleepSaver provides a platform connecting travelers with hotel partners offering direct booking rates. We are not the hotel — we facilitate the connection.

Membership

Gold Membership is free. Members get access to exclusive rates, AI Concierge features, and savings tracking. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

Bookings & Payments

When you book through SleepSaver, you enter into a direct agreement with the hotel. Payment is processed securely and transmitted to the hotel partner. Cancellation policies are set by each hotel and displayed before you confirm your booking.

Beat & Book Guarantee

If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same room, dates, and conditions within 24 hours of booking, we'll match it. Submit a claim through your account with proof of the lower rate.

User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, not misuse the platform, and respect hotel partners and other members. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
